Mladen Pešić (Leskovac, 1986), completed his Bachelor (2007) and Master Studies (2009) at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. He defended his doctoral dissertation entitled EXHIBITIONARY PRACTICES OF ARCHITECTURE IN YUGOSLAVIA AND YUGOSLAV CULTURAL SPACE FROM 1945 TO 1991 in 2018 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, where he has been employed since 2016.
In the period from 2006 to 2010, he participated in teaching at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade as teaching associate. Since September 2016, he has been engaged at the same faculty as an assistant at the Department of Urbanism. He participates in teaching in several courses at all levels of study.
In parallel with scientific and pedagogical work, he is engaged in professional work in the field of architectural and urban design.
As an author or co-author, he participated in the development of a number of projects and studies, as well as in architectural and urban design competitions and won several awards, and the competition projects were exhibited at exhibitions and published in professional publications.
He participates in scientific research projects of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, as well as in cooperation and research projects within the Faculty of Architecture and partner institutions.
