Early Stage Researchers Training School
INTEGRATED APPROACH TO RETROFITTING EXISTING DWELLINGS
Early Stage Researchers Training School “Integrated Approach to Retrofitting Existing Dwellings” was organised April 20th-23rd 2015 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade as a local organiser of the school. Case study area was Belgrade region and, particularly, the New Belgrade neighbourhood – Block 21. Prof. Aleksandra Krstić-Furundžić, PhD and Prof. Aleksandra Đukić, PhD were the organisers on behalf of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade.
Assistants in the organisation of the Training School were Milica Vujošević, Tijana Vojnović Ćalić and Branislav Antonić, PhD students at the Faculty of Architecture.
Training School is organised as a part of European research project – COST Action TU1104 “Smart Energy Regions”. The main goal of the Training School is to offer an opportunity to reflect upon about how retrofitting of neighbourhoods can contribute to energy and environmental improvement of regions in a different context whilst enabling attendees to interact with other researchers from across Europe.
The results of the training school were presented on the meeting of eminent experts – the members of COST Action TU1104 “Smart Energy Regions”, which is held April 23rd-24th 2015 at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade.
