Research team and students from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, managed by Prof. Aleksandra Đukić, have actively participated in two international DANUrB workshops in Krems/Donau (Austria) and in Šturovo (SLK)-Esztergom (HUN) this year.
The next workshop is holding in Golubac (Serbia) in October, 15-17, 2017. The organiser of the workshop is the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade as a project partner, while its co-organiser is the Municipality of Golubac through the Tourist Organisation of Golubac as a associated strategic partner in the project.
The organisation manager of the workshop is Prof. Aleksandra Đukić, technical secretary is Branislav Antonić, and Dr. Milena Vukmirović will manage student workshop. It is expected the attendance of approximately 120 participants from 35 partner organisations from 9 Danube countries, involved in DANUrB project. Among them, 60 students from 6 partner universities will be present in Golubac: from Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest, Novi Sad, Belgrade and Bucharest.
DANUrB projekat – DANube Urban Brand – is a regional network building through tourism and education to strengthen the “Danube” cultural identity and solidarity. The project is financed by the European Union, through INTERREG Danube Transnational programme 2017-2019.
