Students from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade participated in an international exhibition in the field of urban planning and design in Podgorica, in regard to the celbration of World Urbanism Day in Podgorica, November 8.

The Faculty of Architecture is a partner in a new Erasmus+ KA203 project – Danubian SMCs – on the behalf of the University of Belgrade, which will last 35 months. The focus of the project is on an interdisciplinary teaching, being primarily a collaborative educational project that emphasises both the transfer of knowledge between university partners and between teachers and students of all partners.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the guest lecture by architect Alessandro Armando professor at the Department of Architectural and Design (DAD) of the Politecnico di Torino and author of the book Teoria del progetto architettonico (2017). The lecture will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at 19.00 hours, at the amphitheater of the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade

5-6. December 2019. The Symposium purpose is to promote and emphasize multidisciplinary approach in research, design and operation of building services integrated in the architectural realm. Further aim is to present an array of new tendencies, ideas, methods and studies in the architecture.

Travelling DANUrB exhibition was officially opened at the Faculty of Architecture on May 28, 2019. The exhibition was opened by the Vice-Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ana Nikezić, head of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Belgrade, Mr. Johannes Irschik, Prof. Dr Aleksandra Djukic, project manager and Ina Ivanceanu, representative of OIKODROM organization, which designed the exhibition.

Students of the fourth year of the Single-Cycle 5-year Academic Studies of Architecture and the first year of the Master Academic Studies of Architecture: Maša Žujović, Nevena Jeremić and Isidora Kojović won the first prize at the International Student Competition: Textile Structures for New Building 2019, in the category Urban Living – City of the Future.
